Food is always fresh and tasteful..want a quick bite to eat. Always count on Kareem's falafel...it's the best ...
nice and quick ghost kitchen. we got the vegan plate. portion was large for 2 people. falafel was moist and flavorful. wish there was more pickled veggies than salad though. the garlic sauce was very salty but delicious. the baba ghanoush wasn't as flavorful as i wanted it to be. the fries were small even though we got the large size for $8. it was like a handful of fries. we asked for tahini sauce and they never gave it to us either.
Tried their Iconic Chicken Bowl w/ half rice half salad and garlic sauce and it was delicious! Quality of chicken was great and I love that they provide pita bread on the side. The garlic sauce was amazing too. Was super filling and the perfect portion! Pickup was easy as well and great customer service.
There's only one other person who makes falafel this good, and that's my mother. Kareem's is delicious and probably one of the best middle eastern spots in Orange County. We usually visit their Anaheim location, this time we decided to have it delivered. The falafel isn't greasy and full of flavor.
I ordered takeout and this place is good if you prioritize overall taste! Plus, the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Mom's Garlic Chicken Wrap - There's spring mix inside instead of lettuce as stated on the menus but I didn't mind. The chicken is a bit dry but luckily they give extra sauces on the side which helped balance it out. The garlic sauce is soooo delicious! Falafel - This had a weird taste initially, but i couldn't stop eating them (again with the sauces). Chicken Plate - This is the star of the show without a doubt! For some reason the chicken tasted a little more juicy despite the one inside the wrap being very dry. The little pita chips dipped in hummus were divine. It seems like their meat and falafel quality is just okay but their sauces are so good that it makes everything taste like a 5/5. I would definitely recommend this spot!
Got to try this out today and it did not disappoint! Tried the chicken wrap which was a pretty decent size. Had a chipotle style sauce that came on the side which made the flavors even better definitely will be looking forward to my next visit and what else they have to offer! New update! Had to come back again but this time tried out the Iconic Chicken Bowls! I would probably get this every time! Did the half and half with salad and rice and it was the perfect mix! Perfect amount of food and they don't skimp out on the chicken at all the garlic sauce just made it all that much better and the crispy pita chips on top are a nice add on. If you're in the area or want some good Mediterranean delivered to you this is y'all spot!
This food is FIREEEE, don't walk RUN. The seasoning on the Pita Chips- 10/10. Also I am constantly looking for healthy but filling items and the chicken bowl is delicious and filled with protein plus lots of veggies including beets, cabbage, pepperoncinis, green onions. Another 10/10 Kareem's Falafel is a culinary gem that beckons falafel enthusiasts and food lovers alike to indulge in an unforgettable Middle Eastern dining experience. As a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, I can't wait to have this every time I'm down in Santa Ana.
I have had my eye on this spot for a few weeks now and made it in today. Great find and some really good food that I picked up. Now the place threw me off when I walked in, its a "cloud kitchen" with 20 kitchens and 100 plus concepts. You can order any of it at the kiosk in front and just pay at once. About 10 minutes later I got a text and my food was waiting in a locker that I got a link too. Pretty kewlio. Parking is meant for in and out fast, best to order ahead and it looks like a lot of food places "grub hub, Uber eats" and such. So not much parking but you are not there to stay. Not much human interaction, a guy did pop out to make sure noone needed help. Im excited to try more here from Kareems and even the other spot. They need a lil coffee shop option in there and they would be gold. Still a great place a super concept.
